Calkev International had its creation in a lifelong dream from Christine and Charles. The Couple has been blessed with 2 lovely boys Calvin Kevins and Carlton Cyprian thus the name Cal Kev.

While on a road trip in the rural eastern parts of Uganda, Christine and Charles who are based in the country’s Capital Kampala had come across so many graduates, so many innovative youths, so much waste, so many persons who needed to travel but could not afford, so many people in need of health care, so many upcoming business people curtailed by logistical challenges, so many people who didn’t believe in Insurance at all, and all kinds of financial exclusion and had no opportunity to access quality life in a country that had been hit with the adverse effects of COVID19 with millions unable to support themselves.

The effects were so dare to the extent that thousands had lost lives. They then thought why not register a company to extend affordable assistance, by tapping into all the afflicted categories. This was the core reason for the establishment a company in such an agile environment.
